Beta service
Peppol Vault is provided as a beta product for testing and feedback. The service may change, rate-limit, reject uploads, pause due to OCR quota limits, or become unavailable without notice.
No tax or legal advice
Generated XML, validation reports, and any UI guidance are for informational purposes only. You remain responsible for reviewing invoices, routing data, tax treatment, and regulatory compliance before using any output operationally.
Acceptable use
You may only upload files you are authorized to handle. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass file limits, quotas, or rate limits.
Data deletion
Documents are designed to expire after 24 hours, and the UI exposes a Delete now action for immediate deletion of the current submission. Backup, logging, and analytics systems may retain limited operational data longer where reasonably necessary.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a specific purpose, or regulatory sufficiency.
