What we collect
For Standard EU processing, we temporarily store the uploaded PDF, extracted invoice data, generated XML, validation reports, and the event log needed to run the service. If you enter an email address, we also store your email address, consent timestamp, selected target format, and any optional survey answer you provide.
How long we keep it
Uploaded files and generated artifacts are designed to auto-delete after 24 hours. Lead-capture records may be retained longer so we can measure demand and follow up about the beta. You can use the in-product Delete now action to remove the current submission immediately.
What we use it for
We use submission data to convert invoices, validate Peppol output, improve extraction quality, monitor abuse, and understand which output formats users want next. We do not position the output as tax advice or legal advice.
Processors and infrastructure
The product may use managed infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, OCR, queueing, databases, and analytics, including Azure Document Intelligence, Cloudflare R2, Railway, Vercel, and PostHog, depending on the deployed environment.
Your choices
Do not upload documents you are not authorized to process. If you do not want to share an email address, you can still validate a document, but download access may remain locked in this beta flow.
